Make a short film at the CinemAsia FILM LAB

The Rutger Hauer Filmfactory supports the CinemAsia film LAB. In 2006 CinemAsia organized the first Film LAB in order to stimulate media production within the local Asian community in Holland. The incredibly positive response affirmed the need for more representation of Asians on the screen and in the media. In total Cinemasia Film LAB has produced 6 short films. This year CinemAsia is proud to once again present the 2010 Film LAB program.

This year participants are asked to submit a proposal that pertains to the main festival theme “UNDERDOG HERO"

Proposals dealing with the Asian Dutch cultural background and heritag are encouraged under this theme.
