TERMS AND CONDITIONS PARTICIPATION MASTER CLASS

Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Enrollment is limited in our Masterclass, so once you have been accepted, your participation is important to us. We are counting on you to attend.
If you must withdraw from the Masterclass, we provide the following refund policy:
• Less than 2 weeks prior to the Masterclass, 50% of the course fee will be charged.
• It is not possible to cancel participation once the Masterclass has started. The total course fee is due at this time.
All cancellations must be received in writing.

Liability
Liability for personal injury and property damage at St. Filmfactory Rotterdam events is excluded in accordance with the statutory provisions. Participation in the events is at the participant’s own risk.

General Provisions

The organisation reserves the right to change a program at any time.
By agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions, participants consent to the public dissemination of photos taken or video recordings made during the Masterclass. Participants forfeit any claims arising from such photographs and/or films.
The venue for the adjudication of all disputes arising in connection with these General Terms and Conditions shall be the competent court for IFAA, which is Rotterdam. These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
We reserve the right to make changes in dates, schedules, program details and costs
